Running is a fantastic sport, with so many cardiovascular and other health benefits. I’ve been running long distance events since I was in my teens, and it’s still so exciting to get to the start line, and feel the energy and positivity around me.
As a professional fitness instructor, I also know what an incredible opportunity it is for people who are looking for that special challenge. Especially the ones who’ve been unfit for a while, and just couldn’t picture themselves running a single kilometre, let alone 5, 10, 21 or 42! But when they turn up and conquer their own personal mountains, it’s a huge boost to their self confidence and vitality. And that’s always a real joy.
I’ve coached hundreds of people in person, but obviously there’s only so many hours in a day. That’s why I decided to put the best of everything I’ve learned into this jam-packed video series; it’s all about giving the best advice to those looking for this opportunity into an affordable and accessible package.
